Rules
& Regulations:
- The GREEN INSPIRATION is open to all international and Bangladeshi students who are studying in grades seven through twelve (or the equivalent) and also for tertiary level of education ( University or Medical college or equivalent).
- Only one student may present a Photography, Nature olympiad, Collage, Confab, Turn Coat.
- A team of two member may present eco-friendly project, wall magazine.
- The participating Universities/Medical Collages or any tertiary level of institutions are permitted to bring maximum four Participants from University Category.
- The participating schools are permitted to bring maximum Four Participants from Senior Category (Classes: XI and XII /Age: 15yrs - 18yrs) and Four Participants from Junior Category (Classes: VII to X / 12yrs- 16 yrs), total eight Participants .
- The Team Leader should be nominated by the Principal.
- REGISTRATION for all local teams will be done on 10th January 2016 and for National & International Teams it will be done at the time of their arrival.
- Time Slot for Registration of Local Teams : 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
- NO REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED from any international team. But for local and national team a registration fee of BDT 300.00 should be paid per participant excluding team leader or Principal.
- Team leaders and participants must check for any error /change in the names of participants before registration at the registration counter and submit the duly verified list.
- All events of "GREEN INSPIRATION" will be conducted in English.
- Introduction of the teams will be held on 5th February, detailed schedule for the same will be provided at the venue.
- Certificate of participation will be awarded to each participant. First, Second and Third position holders will be given 5, 3 and 2 points respectively. These points will be added to the total tally of their respective teams.
- The Championship Trophy will be awarded to the team that wins the maximum points. There will be One "Runners up" trophy also.
- Special Prizes will be awarded to the Most Vibrant , Most Creative and the Most Versatile Teams
- Travel Expenses of the outstation teams will be borne by their parent institution up to the Shahjalal International Air Port , Dhaka /Dhaka Railway Station / Dhaka Bus Station. However, Notre Dame College, Dhaka will be happy to provide free hospitality to all the outstation participants. This includes transportation, to & from the Dhaka Railway station /Airport /Bus Station, All Meals & lodging in well equipped rest houses/ hotels.
- Meals
will be served at timings given below ( For International Teams):
Breakfast : 7.00 a.m. to 07.45 am
Lunch : 1.00 p.m. to 02.00 pm
Dinner : 9.00 p.m. to 10.00 pm
All the participants are requested to follow the timings. - All participants and team leaders must reach the Hall/ Program area/ auditorium everyday by 8.00 a.m. sharp for the scheduled competitions.
- A transportation service will be provided for the participants accommodating outside the campus.
